PROFILE

Jun Awano Graphic Designer / Art Director

After learning the basics of printing techniques, I worked on designing multimedia content such as books and magazines using DTP and then moved to the world of web design. In 1998, I became a part of the cross media unit "Kaiteki," formed with eight visual media producers. With the concept of "enjoying space and graphic design," we participated in numerous events involving visual media design and VJs.
In 1999, I devoted myself to activities such as designing websites using Macromedia Flash and cell phone wallpapers. To further acquire methods of expression, I launched the portfolio site "CRYOGENICX" and continued to build my experience.

- 2002 Performed at the "Vector Lounge 2002 Singapore" conference.
- 2003 Contributed to the interface design and visual content for the VJ software "Motion Dive .Tokyo", which won a Good Design Award.
- 2012 Launched the innovative music game "SOUND SWIPE" for iPhone as part of the "HADOU" production team, introducing a novel way to interact with music through screen swipes.
- 2013 Produced the music video for "ANOTHER TRIP from SUN" by Silent Poets.
- 2015 Oversaw the web and video design for the NHK World international online broadcast "HAIKU MASTERS". Awarded "Gold" in the WEB Base Mix Media Category at the World Media Festival 2016 for the Intermedia-globe.
- 2024 Serving as a part-time lecturer at a design school in Tokyo.

Currently working freelance in Tokyo, I am active in a number of projects involving web design with a focus on UI/UX and web strategy, video production specializing in social media, photography, and printing techniques.

粟野順 グラフィックデザイナー／アートディレクター

印刷技術の基礎知識を習得した後、DTPを用いた雑誌・書籍等のデザイン他、マルチメディアコンテンツ制作を経由し、WEB制作の世界へ移行。1998年に映像クリエイター8人によってクロスメディアユニット "快的" を結成、“空間とグラフィックデザインを楽しむ” をコンセプトに、映像制作やVJなど数々のイベントに参加。
1999年よりMacromedia Flash のアニメーションを使用したサイト・携帯待受画面制作を得意としたデザイン活動に打ち込み、さらに様々な表現方法を身につけるため、ポートフォリオサイト "CRYOGENICX" を立ち上げ、実験を重ねる。

2002年シンガポールにて開催されたカンファレンス “Vector Lounge 2002 Singapore” へ出演。
2003年 VJソフトウェア "Motion Dive .Tokyo" のインターフェイスデザインと映像素材提供。グッドデザイン大賞を獲得。
2012年 "HADOU" 名義の制作チームで音楽に合わせて画面をスワイプする、新感覚の音楽ゲーム "SOUND SWIPE" iPhone App をリリース。
2013年 "Silent Poets" の "ANOTHER TRIP from SUN" のMVを制作。
2015年 NHK World 海外向けネット放送番組 "HAIKU MASTERS" のWEBデザインと映像デザイン監修。World Media Festival 2016、WEB Base Mix Media CategoryのIntermedia-globeにて "Gold" を受賞。
2024年東京都内のデザイン専門学校で非常勤講師として勤務。

現在は東京にてフリーランスとして、UI/UX, Web Strategyを意識したWEB制作、SNSに特化した映像制作、写真撮影や印刷技術を活かして、数々のプロジェクトに関わっている。
